Regolamento 2026
1) Organization
CDPR ASD (which brings together the cooperation initiative born between the 7 teams: Friends of Lutrano, Cimavilla Running Team, Conegliano Running Team, E20 Run, Fuel To Run, Gs the Piave And Marathon School Vittorio Veneto) organizes the 4^ Ca’ del Poggio Run, a running event that takes place between the hills of Conegliano (TV), Vittorio Veneto (TV) and San Pietro di Feletto (TV).
The event will take place on Sunday 18 ottobre 2026 on a route made of dirt roads, dirt roads, paths and asphalt.
2) routes
The routes are hilly, mixed between asphalt roads, dirt roads and paths, viewable in the "routes" section on the site www.cadelpoggiorun.it.
Each participant must pay attention to uneven ground, slopes, obstacles and anything else along the route.
There will be 4 routes:
- 21.0975 km HALF MARATHON competitive (Ca' del Poggio Run Half Marathon)
- 19 km non-competitive recreational motor activity at a free pace (Ca' del Poggio Run non-competitive)
- 10 km ludico motorio non competitivo a passo libero (Family Cross)
- 5 km non-competitive recreational motor activity at a free pace, also suitable for strollers and wheelchairs
Competitors must strictly follow the marked race route and avoid leaving it.
Leaving the official route, in addition to leading to disqualification, will be at the competitor's sole risk and peril. Each participant must also respect the highway code, as the routes are not closed to vehicular traffic.
In the event that extraordinary events undermine the safety of the athletes and/or volunteers and/or the race itself, the organizers reserve the right to suspend/postpone/cancel the event
3) registrations
Registrations can be made online via the website www.cadelpoggiorun.it/iscrizioni, or on the website sportdolomiti.it, or in the affiliated premises using the form in the flyer that can be downloaded from www.cadelpoggiorun.it.
The registration fees are:

*Registrations for the Half Marathon can only be made online.
Online registrations may be subject to additional secretarial costs by Sport Dolomiti Snc, which are not attributable to CdPR ASD and the Organizing Committee.
Le iscrizioni saranno aperte fino al 11/10/2026. Dopo tale data ci si potrà iscrivere solo di persona nell’area dedicata a Conegliano in piazzale Zoppas, negli orari di consegna pacchi gara cui al successivo art.5, solo per i percorsi NON COMPETITIVI, e fino a esaurimento posti. It is therefore not guaranteed that it will still be possible to register on site during the weekend of the event..
I partecipanti alle 5 e 10km fino ai 12 anni potranno partecipare gratuitamente, ma si dovranno obbligatoriamente iscrivere (tramite genitore o tutore legale) e riceveranno un pettorale senza pacco gara.
In caso di problemi che rendano impossibile la partecipazione all’evento, è possibile posticipare l’iscrizione all’edizione 2027 scrivendo alla CdPR ASD e/o a Sport Dolomiti Snc entro e non oltre il 04/10/2026, insieme al versamento di 5€ per i diritti di segreteria ed alla documentazione comprovante l’impossibilità di partecipazione.

È previsto il pettorale personalizzato per le iscrizioni della Half Marathon effettuate entro il 11/10/2025. Oltre, il pettorale sarà standard e comunque fino alle scorte disponibili.
The COMPETITIVE Half Marathon bib will be equipped with a disposable chip that does not need to be returned upon arrival.

Il pacco gara è garantito per chi si è iscritto entro il 11 ottobre. Successivamente ne verranno dati solo fino a esaurimento scorte.
6) Awards and prizes
Verranno premiati i primi 15 gruppi di iscritti generici (nella totalità dei percorsi) più numerosi.
HALF MARATHON Competitive:
The first 5 men and the first 5 women overall will be awarded prizes.
The first 3 male and female athletes with the best times on the MURO di Ca' del Poggio will be awarded (the timing of the Wall will be carried out from the beginning of the climb up to the Ca' del Poggio restaurant)
The timing service is provided by Sport Dolomiti Snc
7) Conditions of participation
Dato il contesto ambientale del percorso della Mezza Maratona e della 19km, è fortemente sconsigliata la partecipazione ad atleti in carrozzina, ipovedenti, con pattini a rotelle, skateboard, biciclette, passeggini o altri mezzi non idonei alla manifestazione.
I percorsi da 5km e 10km sono interamente su asfalto per agevolare l’accessibilità, ma tenendo presente che in alcuni punti sia in salita che in discesa la pendenza è superiore all’8%.
The bib is the document that identifies regular members, on all routes.
Per la partecipazione alla 21,0975 km Hal Marathon COMPETITIVA è obbligatoria la maggiore età ed il possesso del “certificato medico agonistico per atletica leggera” (altre diciture non verranno accettate), valido il giorno della manifestazione e caricato nel portale d’iscrizione entro il 11/10/2025. To participate in the non-competitive 19 km race, you must be at least 18 years old.
Per le 5 km e 10km, la partecipazione è aperta a tutte le età, ed i ragazzi dai 12 anni in giù possono partecipare gratuitamente, ma hanno comunque l’obbligo di iscriversi e avranno il pettorale in omaggio.
The exchange or transfer of the bib is not permitted. In the event of interruption or cancellation of the race for any reason independent of the Organization, no refund will be due to the participants.
By registering, each participant declares to be in good health and to have adequate physical preparation to face the route.

Upon passing through the gates after a certain time, the participant is automatically excluded from the event and will be responsible for himself.
For the HALF MARATHON and the 19km the gates are:

9) rights and duties of the participant
The Organization enables the Participant to access and use all the services included in the event and the Participant is bound to respect the rules that regulate the event in the knowledge that the evasion of the same excludes the Organization from any liability. The possibility that anyone who, although present and participating in the event, has not registered, can be considered a Participant in fact and can claim any obligation on the part of the Organizer is excluded.
The Organizer has the duty to propose the routes according to the provisions of this document, to provide technical, organizational and health assistance and insurance coverage by law for the entire duration of the event. The Participant in sports events, with the payment of the established registration fee, acquires the right to technical, organizational, health and insurance assistance for the entire duration of the event.
The Participant, meaning only the person in possession of the correct registration document, as well as having the right to use the services, also has the obligation to respect the opening and closing times of the event, outside of which no service is guaranteed by the Organizer, to adapt his/her route to the warnings and instructions of the signs present on the route and to respect the highway code, to take care of registering for the event in good time, to behave in a correct and sporting manner, avoiding the intervention of authorities external to the Organization.
The responsibility for minors lies with the parent or guardian.
By participating in the event, the Participant declares that:
- be in suitable physical and mental condition to carry out the planned sporting activity
- be aware of the risks, both foreseeable and unforeseeable, associated with the practice of running and assume them consciously
- to know and comply with all the rules, safety provisions and limitations connected and related to the activity, before, during and after the event, also taking into account the level of athletic preparation
- to assume from now on any and all responsibility for personal damage and/or damage caused to others (and/or to things) due to behavior that does not comply with the instructions of the people in charge of organizing the event and behavior that does not comply with common sense
- to have carefully read and evaluated the contents of this document and to have clearly understood the meaning of each single point before signing it by registering.
10) safety
Organization staff will be present along the route.
An ambulance service is available, with first responders stationed along the routes. A doctor will also be present at the start.
Checkpoints will be set up along the routes, where organization staff will monitor the passage of athletes.
The maximum time for the conclusion of the event is set at 4:00 h from the first departure.
The organization reserves the right to change the route or cancel the event in case of adverse weather conditions that may be dangerous for participants. In the event of cancellation, no refund of registration fees will be provided.
11) disqualifications
The following behaviors will result in immediate disqualification of the participant:
- failure to comply with this regulation;
- race course cutting;
- use of a bib other than the one assigned by the organization and any exchange;
- abandonment of waste on the route;
- failure to assist a competitor in difficulty;
- insults or threats to organizers or volunteers or law enforcement officers;
- any behavior in violation of the law
12) image rights
By registering, competitors authorize the organization to use, free of charge, without territorial or time limits, still and moving images that portray them during their participation in the Ca' del Poggio Run.
13) esonero responsabilità dell’organizzazione
By registering, the participant declares that he/she is aware of his/her participation and accepts and approves these regulations.
By registering, the participant assumes personal responsibility for the consequences that may arise from his/her actions, both civilly and criminally.
By registering, the participant exonerates the Organization, the associations and its governing bodies from any liability for any financial or non-financial damage that they may suffer during the event.
14) privacy
By registering, the participant authorizes the organization of the Ca del Poggio Run to process his/her personal data pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation/2016/679 and pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30/06/2003 n. 196.
The data will be processed exclusively for the purposes of creating and managing the event.
By registering, competitors authorize the organization to use, free of charge, without territorial or time limits, still and moving images that portray them during their participation in the Ca' del Poggio Run.
15) ricavato
Part of the proceeds from the event will be donated to local charities
16) regulation update
The Organization reserves the right to update, as necessary, this regulation with new information that may be necessary, such as times and place of departure or other, which will be communicated when necessary also through social channels.
